Why did you guys change the formula of your natural lash care mascara??? If it’s not broken- don’t fix it. I’ve been a customer who has bought your mascara for years and loved it. Bring back the old formula and packaging. The new one doesn’t come close. Why does this keep happening to great products?
I bought this mascara since Petal Lash is no longer available. The formula makes my lashes feel too soft, so I did not experience any volume, length, definition, or curl, no matter how many layers I applied or if I curled them. The wand is short, and the circular end is awkward to use. I bought 3, thinking this mascara would be as good as Petal Lash, and I am disappointed that I will need to discard them.
The wand is very awkward to use, and the mascara does not provide as good volume or thickness as petal lash. It works but it’s a very disappointing downgrade to Petal Lash. Petal lash was my go-to mascara for years. Please please please bring Petal Lash back!!
I agree, this mascara is disappointing! I am a long-time Shu Uemura eye lash curler and mascara fan (and their general makeup fan) and this mascara is so lackluster. I've been using it for a couple of weeks, and I'm already looking for another one to purchase and it looks like it will have to come from another manufacturer. This mascara feels weighty and wont hold my eye lasth curl. The mascara provides no lift, no definition of separate lashes, no added volume, cannot hold a curl. It just makes my eyelashes black, heavy, and flat. By the end of the day, it looks like I have faded smudged bad mascara on. Please bring your other mascaras back, at least as an alternate option to purchase from this one. But this one should be improved if it's to stay in your product line.
I bought this thinking it would be good quality due to she uemura brand. not so. the brush is awkward, the mascara sticky and clumpy. really surprised, worse than a cheap drugstore product.
The mascara is weak - even after eyelash curling - it flattened my eyelashes. I don't recommend for Asian eyes.
This mascara cannot hold a curl in your lashes. Straightens out the lashes almost immediately after you put it on. The original mascara was perfect and why did you eliminate it?
I have tried this 3d version and am very disappointed. Please bring back your original formula. I have gone to look at other brands and your original formula was the best mascara I have ever used. Very bummed it’s no longer available.
Love the wand shape on this. It grabs everything without leaving smudges and its small enough to use as a lower lash mascara
