This is the best eyebrow pencil formula ever! I always get compliments on my brows and everyone thinks it’s tattooed but it’s not. Its thanks to Shu Uemura hard pencil formula. I used it for over 17 years, please don’t ever stop making this product. It’s the best on the market of all the markets. The trick is to make sure you always sharpen the pencil and have it extremely sharp tip to create a natural looking hair strokes.

It’s my favorite brow pencil. Soft color but hard formula. It makes my brows softer, very natural and very long lasting. Very easy to handle but they shipped to you as it’s sharpened in normal pencil form. You would to need shave it into the sword form with a cutter knife, which makes it easier to draw and draw it in a better shape. Just to FYI, I tested on the back of my hand once I received it and before I shaved it but it didn’t show up with color. Color showed up perfectly in softness once I shaved it and it got kicked in after a few strokes. But some colors are always out of stock. That’s the only problem. It’s best to pair up with their brow gel. Love their brow gel too.

It’s all thanks to Shu Uemura hard pencil formula in seal brown. A little trick, I’ve learned through the years, always make sure you have an extremely sharp tip to mimic a fine natural brow hair. I love it please don’t ever discontinue this formula! Best ever in all the brands of the whole world!

This is my go to eyeliner pencil. I like how it is easy to use and it looks natural.

This product is nearly unusable, as another reviewer said. It deposits only the faintest amount of color, even correctly applied (with oily skin), and what does come out is very faint and blurry, almost like a bad powder brow. It CANNOT make fine strokes. I am an artist and have no problems with other brow products; this is not user error. Moreover, the customer service is awful. I have made the same inquiry like 3 times for return/refund, and I just keep getting pinged around to a different rep who asks the same question and then repeats a generic, "this product is a hard formula pencil..." and then passes me on to a different rep when I reply, so the conversation starts over. I would expect better from a prestigious brand like Shu Uemera and am extremely disappointed. Do not buy from this company and especially not this product.
