I have used this eyelash curler for years but am disappointed that I can’t get pad refills and have to buy a whole new one each time.

I'm a Makeup Artist and a Makeup Addict and have used every eyelash curler from Revlon to Kevin Aucoin, from regular to heated. This is by far the best eyelash curler ever. I usually have to blow dry heat on to a regular one or even heat it up with a lighter. This eyelash curler I have never used heat on. Another thing is my eyelashes are so poker straight and point straight down that not only do I need to use heat I also need to have mascara on to hold the curl. Not with this eyelash curler!!! First time I used it with no make up on and no heat and my eyelashes curled right up with one squeeze and stayed like that for 8 hours!!! (Could have been longer but I went to bed.) Within a week I bought my mom one and she loves it too! I wish I tried this curler sooner!! I would have saved so much money.

I have tried several eyelash curlers over the past few years and this is the first one that does a good job curling my lashes without a lot of "squeezing" and pinching--especially the small lashes on the sides. I would recommend this product and plan to purchase again. Prior reviews indicated it did not come with another rubber piece, but was pleased to see that mine did come with a replacement.

I've been using this curler for more than10years. As I said in a detailed review in my flawlessskinday blog with video clip, this is the best curler I've used. The only downside is that you can not purchase its refill pads that why I took few points off of the value. It curls great, holds longer than other curlers.

I possibly have the straightest eyelashes ever, these are the only eyelash curlers I can use! Been using them for years and I never plan on using anything else!

This is the best eyelash curler I’ve found. It somehow lifts and separates at the same time. I kept trying new mascaras, but really I just needed to replace my old (much loved) Shu curler with a new one.

Hello! My name is Lisa and I wanted to give a little education about the eyelash curler. It comes with one refill. After 3 months you change the refill. After 6 months, you replace the entire curler. Everytime you use the curler, it is metal and and it gets miss shapened. Just like any metal tool that gets used consistently. Just wanted to provide everyone with this unknown information! Shu Uemura is the most amazing line I have ever worked for. I was broken hearted when they pulled out of the US. I would highly recommend any product from the line.

Too curved so you can’t get your lashes into it to curl them,and it doesn’t open that wide. Waste of money!

This eyelash curler is the best thing I've ever used. I was in Sephora sometime in 2007 and getting ready to pay when I spotted it. The price to me seemed crazy, but I remembered hearing the product mentioned in The Devil Wears Prada and just went for it. This eyelash curler has lasted me through the rest of college, through multiple breakups, jobs, vacations, and has even traveled internationally, and it still works just as well as it did when I purchased it a decade ago. I clean it regularly, of course, and it still works fine. The money is well worth it. So glad I found this website, since I'm sure Sephora (at least in NYC) no longer is carrying it.

The Shu Umera eyelash curler is the only one that ever has worked for me. This curler curls my lashes, and they stay curled! It makes it possible for me, on some days, to leave home without mascara. It is the only eyelash curler that has given me consistent, beautiful results.
