this is by far the best eye lash curler I have ever tried. my lashes were curled all day/night! will I recommend it to my friends and family? OF COURSE YES!

I have been using this for over 20 years and have never come across anything that works as well as this. The product comes with one refill pad and, in my experience, I have been about to stretch the length of the life out of this product because of that. My daughters now purchase this product for themselves because I won't let them use mine :) love it!

I ordered one of this eyelash curler years ago after reading about it in a magazine. Since then, I've probably order two more. One to keep at work and one to keep in my travel bag. This eyelash curler fits my eye shape perfectly. No pinching or pulling. I'm ordering another one today. Thanks for keeping this product the same! I love it!!! Sharon

Awesome! I had this product years ago and loved it. When I finally "retired" it (after years of use) I searched everywhere for a new one. I was told it could no longer be purchased in the U.S., so I tried several alternate brands none of which even came close to the effectiveness of the shu uemura curler. I finally purchased yours on line and couldn't be happier. It's not false eyelashes, but it works wonders!

I have been using this eyelash curler for about10 years, and I will not use any other. I also buy it for my daughter who is another big fan. It curls beautifully, and it never breaks your lashes like some others do. I cannot recomend this wonderful product enough

I’ve been using this eyelash curler for over 10 years. It doesn’t pinch or pull out lashes & curls beautifully. Shiseido rubber pads are my go-to when the pads needs replacing.

Would be nice if you sold the refill pads like back in the day... I’m guessing it wasn’t as profitable to do that, but it sure was more sustainable and ethical.

IF I HAD KNOWN THAT I WONT BE ABLE TO BUY REFILL PADS, I WOULD HAVE LOOK FOR OTHER BRANDS.

After reading some pretty terrible reviews since I have been in skincare and make-up for over thirty years I thought I would give it a try. I could not even use this eyelash curler, it pinched my skin around my eyes and I had a hard time even getting any eyelash hairs into the curler and my lashes are long. I would not recommend this eyelash curler. The old Shu Umera eyelash curler has been great but this one is just a gimmick. Go on line and find the old eyelash curler from other suppliers you will be able to use it.

My lashes are stick straight. This curler really works and doesn't pull on my lashes. Produces a nice natural curl that lasts. It also really opens up my eyes.
