Love this curler and have used it for ages. The trick is to buy inexpensive refills from the drugstore; they fit just fine! It still angers me that they don't offer their own, but it's a good workaround.

This is my second curler and it took about 6 years before I needed a new one! My lashes are long and stick straight. I love this curler because it can make them curl and stay curled after I apply mascara!

I just purchased another eye lash curler and it does amazing work to make my lashes stand out. I don’t need to wear mascara.

When I was unable to purchase Shu uemura eyelash curler in-person at store, I purchased another brand. Big mistake! While it looked similar, there was no comparison in result. The curl did not last and my pinched my eyelids more than once with a substitute curler. After receiving my Shu uemura curlers (yes I ordered more than one so I will never be without) in the mail, my eyelashes look amazing. Accept no substitutes.

If you have trouble finding an eyelash curler that works on your stick straight eyelashes. This should be your new go to. I used to spend a good amount of time on my eyes to get them curled and doll like but ever since I've started using this eyelash curler it's cut the time in half! Its perfect! I will not use any other eyelash curler. Ive recommended this product to all of my friends because it's become such a staple in my beauty routine. You will definitely NOT regret this buy.

I have been using the Shu Uemura eyelash curler for years. I have tried other brands, but none of them compare. I have small, almond shaped eyes, and no other eyelash curler is able to curl all of my lashes, as this one does. I just wish it was still available for purchase in local stores

I waited to buy this curler and am disappointed that it has done the worst job compared to other prestigious brands of curlers I have purchased. I really had put my hopes up when coming across to try this product.
