Years ago my friend introduced me to this curler. I loved it back then and would always purchase at Sephora. I was so bummed when they stopped selling it. I tried others but nothing lived up to it. I settled for the mediocre ones but was reminded by that same friend that I can just order online through the Shu Uemura website. Well I finally did and I was immediately reminded of why theirs is truly THE best eyelash curler I have ever owned. I don’t typically write reviews unless I feel strongly about a product. And this one made the cut! If I were you - I’d buy two (one that’s always on you and another for another spot like your home or office) . . . It’s just THAT GREAT!!!

I don't know what it is about this eyelash curler that makes it so special. It looks like many of the others, but it is not. Something is different, and it really makes a difference. I have been using this curler for many years. There is nothing like it.

i was not happy with this product i bought based on all the goo reviews, but it did nothing to my eyelashes as they will not stay curl. i thing $22 was too much money.

i had a little money left over for christmas and ive heard so much about this eyelash curler everywhere. i decided to give it a try. it did take a little longer to arrive but it was so worth it. from someone with long, straight pointing down lashes, this works amazing. the curl is beautiful and no eyelash curler has ever given me the same results. if youre thinking about buying this, do it. you wont regret it.

This is by far the best eyelash curler on the market but it's ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS & MADDENING that you can't buy silicone refill/replacement pads for it! In today's world of constant over consumption and waste, IT SHOULD BE A TOP PRIORITY for the Shu Uemura brand to help support our world to reduce, reuse & recycle by allowing your consumers to buy silicone refill/replacement pads for our Shu Uemura eyelash curlers so we help keep them out of land fills when they are completel fine other than the silicone pad! It actually makes me really mad and upset and makes me not want to buy any of your products anymore! What a stupid and greedy practice to make your loyal customers buy brand new curlers when all they need is a new replacement silicone refill pad! Therefore, I'm only giving this product 3 stars instead of the 5 stars I would give if you did allow us to buy replacement pads! One VERY UNHAPPY customer!

This used to be my favorite eyelash curler but the most recent one I received doesn’t seem to be the same quality as the previous ones I’ve ordered. The clamp doesn’t clamp my eyelashes well and it doesn’t do much to curl my lashes. I don’t know if I got a dud but at this price I’m not happy.

I have been using the iconic Shu eyelash curler for about 20 years now however I've been very disappointed in recent years at the quality.

My old Shu Uemura eye lash curler needed to be replaced. I loved it so much, I ordered 3 new ones so I would have them for a while. The new ones I received are differently shaped and not like my old one at all. I have pinched my eyelid a few times - unfortunately, I am going to be returning them.

Keeps my eyelashes curled all day & night! This is my 4th one! I do wish you could buy the replacement pads though.

I have small eyes with stick straight lashes and this eyelash curler unfortunately did nothing for me. Not even the slightest curl. Will be rebuying a shiseido curler that works like a dream.
