So disappointed in this. I wanted a single product to remove ALL my makeup including waterproof mascara which I have to wear cuz my eyes tear a lot. It does not remove waterproof mascara at all. I use Lancôme waterproof mascara and when I was done washing my face with this it just smeared mascara all over my eyelids and under my eyes like a raccoon. I’ve used this both wet and dry (with and without water on my face before applying product and neither way removed the waterproof mascara). I had to use a separate waterproof eye make up remover on a cotton swab. So disappointed.

This is great for dry sensitive skin! It removes all my makeup and doesn’t leave my skin dry. This does however, leave a white film over my contact lenses when using. I’ve seen reviews by people saying this doesn’t happen but it did for me. Not sure if I’d purchase again being that it is a little pricey. I might go back to my old oil cleanser that works just as well for a cheaper price.

I bought this oil 3 weeks ago and since I've been using it, my skin feels so soft. Not only it cleanse out the make up but very nourishing and doesn't dry your skin. This is definitely a keeper.

It was a miracle for my skin... but Shu Uemura disappear from France. And I can't buy it on your site from France ! Somebody can help me ? I need this cleansing oil : it's fantastic to regularized my skin. An artist talk me about Shu Uemura products when they appear in France, specially the different oils and creams, and I use them since the beginning ! with incredible results on my skin. It was a revolution for me.

Love this product, got it first as a sample and got hooked. I am 67! I went to the Dr. today, and his nurse was shocked, and said, "oh my gosh, I thought you were in your 40's! Keep doing what you are doing." This product has changed my skin to something beautiful.

this is a great cleanser, it doesn't strip my face

It removes makeup, removes residual hair color and makes my skin feel great

It works good to remove the BB cream and sunblock cream!

It is my sixth bottle, and never got tired of using it. 450mL bottle last exactly one year long for me, and it is my joy getting new bottle at the end of every year.
