Back in my heyday working as a fashion model (since the early 80's!), I used ALOT of makeup for stage and before the camera. I found Shu Uemura's cleansing oil and it takes EVERYTHING off with one wash! My mother didnt' believe me, so she put toner on a cotton ball to see the traces left behind--NONE! And as these were days long before Photoshop, I needed to keep my skin clear. I never broke out from using this oil, and after 30 years of using it everyday, this is the one and only product that I have never changed in my regimen!

Super amazing product! I bough this 3 weeks ago and still can’t believe that I didn’t hear about it sooner! Transformed my facial cleansing routine! Removes waterproof mascara easily! Leaves skin soft and fresh. Smells great, too.

I have just been trying ultimate8 sublime oil - simply because I couldn't reorder the blue - white efficient - oil - in the large bottle at the recent sale. This is wonderful - that is wonderful. For me, I happen to like the other a bit more. My skin is getting up there - I'm 68 - but I still have some remnants of blemish problems and my skin is still not all that dry - the T zone still exists - and I like how the "blue" version freshens the skin. But this is superb. I never thought I would be "wasting" so much money on a cleansing agent -- but these oils are the first cleansers I ever tried which really do leave the skin better. Clean, but not stripped bare of all moisture. And the amount needed to cleanse the faces is small.

One of my favorite oil-based cleansers! The cleansing oil breaks down my makeup easily, even my resistant, waterproof mascara. My skin feels bouncy after using this, and the scent is light.

Love the Shu cleansing oils. This is by far the most luxurious, and is not for oily skin. It's great on my combo skin and doesn't strip my skin dry. I love using this especially on nights when I don't want to double cleanse.

I've been in the cosmetics industry for eight years and have tried so many cleansers in the past years. I rated this cleanser as my #1 cleanser because it is that amazing! I've always have dry and sensitive skin. My skin is easily break out and super skeptical. I've used this cleanser for two months now and my skin has not break out at all. I loved the fragrance and the texture of the product. It leaves my skin super soft and smooth after washing my face. This cleanser is super high quality and I think it is totally worth the money because it beat all the cleansers I've tried years before. I have not finish my first bottle, but since Shu Uemara is having a promotion, I am going to purchase the 450 ml. Super excited!!! Highly recommend for anyone to try.

This cleansing oil used to be my favorite as it leaves my face healthy glowing hydrated after every used. It also cleans makeup and pores perfectly. I always feel so clean and comfortable after using it. But this new version is obviously diluted and more watery. It doesn’t clean my skin perfectly like the old version and my face feels a bit dry after using it. Guess I need to start looking for my new favorite cleansing oil.

I’ve have used this for over 20 years now and I always have people commenting on how I don’t look my age and asking what skin care I use. It’s THE BEST.
