The black cusion fell out after only a few uses and you can't buy its replacement. Wasted 25 bucks

Purchased this product with high hopes; however, had to use three times in sections on each eye and at times the curler would pinch my eyelid. Also, the white rubber pad kept falling off and the curve of the handle felt awkward. Have been using the original curler for many years and will continue to use the original, not the "new" model.

I was so excited to get this, because it's supposed to be the best eyelash curler with amazing results. I waited and watched for this until the release and purchased it as soon as it was available. What a major disappointment. This does not give you the results it should. It leaves your lashes awkwardly kinked with dents and stray away lashes. It also takes getting used to handling and denting eyelashes in sections, I say denting, because again it doesn't curl them. In theory this would be fantastic, but the execution fell short and I would not waste my money on this. I'm very upset and definitely do not recommend this product. Stick with your regular eyelash curler.

I have single eyelid so this curler just saves my life! It can curl my eyelash in different angles and keep all day! This is my third purchase and I will continue purchasing it for my whole lifetime!

The black cushion and the white cover fell off the first day in my make-up bag and now I can't find the black cushion part. Very disappointed.

I was really excited to try it but it's going right back. It's so small and, like the other reviewers said, the white piece keeps popping off. It was horrid. I'm exchanging it for the old kind, what a huge disappointment.

The pads on this tool are very loose. So loose that one of them went missing the second day I had it. It's incredibly hard to use without pads and replacement pads don't seem to exist. I ended up buying a similar tool from a different make up brand and like it much better.

I echo the negative reviews here... the curler worked fine at first, it is small so have to curl lashes in sections, and it never pinched my eyelids. But the two rubber pieces kept falling out! My maid accidentally threw away the black rubber piece when it fell out, now the curler is useless - it doesn't come with a replacement piece like the original, and I can't figure out how to order the rubber pieces separately.

This eyelash curler was fine until, like all the other negative reviews state, the rubber pad fell off. Trying to stick it back on does not really work once it’s off. It comes back off easily and ripped in the process of forcing it back on. I was hoping to buy a replacement pad somehow, but to my disappointment, I found out there aren’t any. Would have been great if it actually lasted. What a waste of my money. Buy any other lash curler.

Love this product! I have thick coarse lashes and this new curler gives me a subtle natural curl. The size is small , but the look I get makes up for it. I will keep buying this new curler.
