I really enjoy this curler but I won't give 5 stars until they start selling the refill pads for the curler separately!

Love this eyelash curler, I’ve been buying it for years. The only negative thing I can say is that years ago you were able to buy refills at Sephora. They no longer offer that option and you have to buy a whole new eyelash curler. They should bring back the option and save their customers a few bucks in between eyelash curler purchases

I totally agree that this eyelash curler should have refills available. It’s a total waste to purchase a new curler all the time.

I bought mine in 1989 when I was 21 or 22, because I read a blurb in either Vogue or Glamour, maybe Allure, that Demi Moore used this eyelash curler, and I’m STILL using The Same One, today!! I literally changed the rubber insert ONCE, back in 1991. It works PERFECTLY. My Kids, ages 12&10, and my husband, age 33, (he must have been 3 years old when I bought it!!) can’t believe it! Thank You, Shu Eumara for such a wonderful product.

Why do y'all not sell refill pads for this? I am no longer buying this product b/c of that. How wasteful and not in line with sustainability and the impact of these needing to go the the trash.

Once you try Shu Uemura eyelash curler you'll never want to use another brand. Amazing results that don't cause damage to your lashes. However, there needs to be replacement pads to be available for purchase instead of having to purchase a whole new eyelash curler. I thinks it's irresponsible of a company to be wasteful. Most customers are now buying Shiseido replacements because they refuse to buy a whole new curler, don't blame them! I am one of them!

To those bringing up waste, try the shiseido refills. They fit perfectly

It is ridiculous that you cannot buy replacement pads for this eye lash curler!! I will be purchasing another brand next time.

I was really excited to finally order another eyelash curler since the shu uemura one I was using was a few years old. I was extremely disappointed when I received it though because it was not the same great quality as the one I bought in the past. The metal felt a lot lighter, and of cheaper quality. It also did not curl my eyelashes as well as the older version had. This curler is really expensive, and I felt that I had wasted my money. I was probably better off getting a drug store brand.
