It erases all of my makeup so well and leaves my skin feeling so soft and clean.

Unlike other oil-based cleansers, this one doesn't leave skin feeling oily. It takes off the toughest, most waterproof make up easily, tightens skin, cleans pores thoroughly, and after washing, gives my face a healthy glow and super velvety touch. After using this product, my skin has gotten significantly better.

the best cleansing oil I've ever used. Tried lots of cleansing oil from different brands, but they either doesnt clean well or make my face itch and red afterwards. But Shu Uemura cleansing oil works well and is gentle to my skin. Love it!

This cleansing is not greasy at all .Remove all my make yo gently and nicely.

Doesn't irritate my skin while cleansing the heaviest makeup. All the holiday party make ups were gently and completely washed away leaving my skin smooth and clean! Other products turned my skin red after applying the oil but never happened with this one!!! This one is a life long companion:)

I love this facial cleanser! It takes off everything (including my waterproof mascara) and leaves my skin glowing. It smells good, feels great going on being rinsed off.
