Thank-you to @shuuemura and @thisisbutterly/@chickadvisor for the Ultime8 Sublime Beauty Cleansing Oil sample. It's super tiny, but I was able to get a couple of uses out of it. Add: I wasted a lot trying to get it to emulsify on my first wash. I love the smell. It smells like a Marc Jacobs perfume, or like something he would put out. Flirty, floral, sweet, and feminine. It didn't really emulsify when mixed with a little water, but I do appreciate how easily it washed off my face for a cleansing oil. It's light, not heavy. But it didn't reduce the appearance of my pores, just left my skin feeling clean if not looking clean. I would not purchase this outside of this promotion, but I am open to a conditioning body oil or conditioning hair oil in this scent. It smells so lovely. #tryShuUemura

I enjoyed trying this free sample from Shu Uemera & Butterly, in exchange for my honest review. It was a sample size, which was a hit disappointing, but overall, the product was nice. It's got a nice texture, cleanses well, & leaves skinfeelingvsilky smooth & glowing afterwards. It's also hydrating, easy to apply & rinse off. This doesn't leave any residue, or dry your skin out either. It was nice to try. It's very expensive, so I'll never be able to afford it, but I can see why the reviews are so high!

Shu Uemura is a Japanese Luxury Beauty Brand owned by LOreal, their Ultime8 cleansing oil has such depth to it. Its a very rich cleansing oil. Infused with 8 oils, and boasting a unique scent, reminding me of a floral, and fruit blend. This did a really nice job at removing my makeup with an almost silky texture to it, and emulsified well. The scent was a bit strong for my preference, and lingered, there is added fragrance in the ingredient list. I really enjoyed how it felt on my skin and how my skin felt after using this cleaner. I cant speak to any long term effects after only using it a few times. The price however is fairly expensive, $46 for 150ml. For an oil cleanser, in my opinion. 3.5/5 (if this was cruelty free it would have been 4/5) ~ Since I cant give half a star on here, this falls closer to a 4 star Worth Noting ~ * This is not a cruelty free brand, owned by LOréal, which is not cruelty free

This cleansing oil remove makeup and dirt all at once and leaves skin smooth and soft after use. It is strong and gentle on the skin. My skin feels more hydrated after use.

I really like Shu Uemura Ultime8 Sublime Beauty Cleansing Oil. It's a great alternative to make up remover wipes. It melts make up off and cleans as it moisturizes.

Absolutely love this cleansing oil! You can feel how quality this product is. It doesnt strip your skin at all and leaves you feeling clean at the same time. Love it and will repurchase!

I tried this product for free from @Butterfly and @ShuUemura. Here is my honest review: The cleansing oil is really good. It is very easy to use. It keep my face clean and does not make my face dry. I would recommend it to other peoples.

I recently tested my free sample of shu uemura ultime8 cleansing oil and honestly its just not the product for me. Having oily skin, Im always skeptical of oil based cleansers but heard great things about this so I figured it was worth a shot. This had a nice scent, a light lather and the sample came with enough cleanser to use multiple times. Although my face felt very soft afterwards, it didnt feel as clean as I had hoped. Also, within 10 minutes of use I felt a slight irritation on my face. I was worried I was going to have a reaction or break out - but it eventually subsided. Unfortunately, I wouldnt use this again as I dont think the ingredients are suited to my skin type.

I received the Shu Uemura Ultime8 Sublime Beauty Cleansing Oil.And wow!! I put it all over my face & neck and it made me feel very clean.Left my skin soft, moisturized and feeling refreshed.I feel and look like a new person.Love it!!

I love this amazing face cleansing oil..My face never felt so soft and so clean. I was nervous about trying it because I've never used face cleansing oil before. I was pleased with the results.
