I thought I was getting a regular size product but it was a one time use sample. I used it in the shower and it was very hydrating and took off all my makeup. Would recommend to people with extremely dry skin

Shu Uemura Ultime8 Sublime Beauty Cleansing Oil is great at removing waterproof makeup and sunscreen after all day wear. A little bit goes a long way with this product. It only took a small amount to completely cover my face. It took only seconds for my makeup to melt off my face. The feel is very silky and slippery and the fragrance is very pleasant. Just in the sample alone I was able to do three double cleanses. I really enjoyed using this product and would definitely recommend it to others.

Good cleanser that is not harsh on skin. Skin feel clean, soft, smooth and moisturized after using. Easy to use and rinse off very well. I've got a sample to try this product and review but it is very expensive to buy.

I have never used this product nor brand before, I felt extremely joyful when I received the free sample of Shu Uemura cleansing oil from Butterly. Since having heard great reviews from this brand, I wanted to find out on my own. Starting off, the oil came in a sample pack that contained a reasonable amount of the oil, fortunately the package was easy to open(tear) & there were no problems that arose, it came in good condition upon delivery. I was able to get only one use from the sample package, however I enjoyed the experience of testing the oil. Moving on, I replaced my current cleanser with the Shu Uemura and I used it at nighttime. The color of the oil was an yellowish shade that I did in fact like not too dark/light. The dispersion of the oil from package turned out to be uncomplicated. Fragrance of the oil gave off an pleasant smell, resembling a clean/natural/aromatherapy scent nothing overwhelming. I would give the ease of application a 9.3 out of 10(with 10 being the highest). I disliked how the oil was runny like a watery texture & really thin. The oil was tainted, being one of things I disliked the most. However, after applying the oil, I did notice my pores looked less visible & it cleaned all of the makeup off of my face effectively. The only thing was it left my facial skin appearance with an excessive oil look & I felt some leftover residue on my face. Thankfully, I did not experience any breakouts/allergic reactions to the product. My facial skin did feel ravishing,smooth, clean and soft after use. I would definitely recommend this oil to friends/family, it was the best cleansing oil I have ever used & better than most similar products on the market. This sample influenced my decision to purchase in the near future. 8.5/10 (10 being the highest) Thank you for the opportunity Butterly!!!

Absolutely amazing product! Keeps face clean with botanical blends hydrates facial skin while removing all makeup residue. Leaves facial skin feeling natural

I was excited to try this, but was sent a single-use foil packette to do so. I will give my first impressions, but there was not enough product to give an in-depth review. This product did leave my skin feeling soft to the touch, and it smells absolutely amazing. But, it did leave my skin feeling oily as well. (This might be because I have combination skin.) So, if you have oily or combo skin, you might want to use a little less of this at a time. But, yes, it seems to have cleaned my face well.

I received this as a free sample. I wanted to try it out as a possible alternative to my current skincare routine. It comes out quickly and not a lot is needed to cover your face. It has a pleasant rose like scent. It made my face feel more hydrated.

This oil is so nice for removing makeup! It feels luxurious and silky on my skin, and my face feels so nourished after using the oil. This is a great first step in my double-cleanse for removing my makeup.

Consistency of the liquid cleanser was a little runny in the palm of my hand but it rubbed together nicely and wasn't running off my face. Would use this face cleanser only to clean my face free of removing any makeup.
