I have been using Shu Uemura's mini curlers since back before they innovated with the S-shape. The S-curler is fantastic if if the regular size curler doesn't fit your eye shape or you struggle to fit every lash. But I'm a little annoyed that the S-curler no longer comes with a refill pad like it used to.

It has already broke. I have used your product for years. I like your old one. It was a waste of money.

I still can't get this right. I end up pinching myself and not getting a good curl.

I was excited to get this product due to the former mini eyelash curler. This product was definitely a big disappointment! It's a bit awkward to use and doesn't curl well. In fact, it's a bit annoying. I don't understand why they discontinued the old one when it was known to be the best mini eyelash curler out on the market. Please bring back the original mini eyelash curler!!!

For the life of me I'd never understand why Shu keeps on replacing great products with really bad ones. First with Basic Mascara being replaced for the Ultimate Natural (a bizarre move), and then their best best selling curler with this contraption.

The white cushion is not firmly fixed, need to use it carefully. But the shape is good to use

I bought the mini one and the regular one. They both worked great for asian eyes. But the mini one fell apart in no time. The regular size last longer but still not as long as my other brands I bought at Wal-mart or drug store. Despite all that I'm going to order 2 more since they work best with my eye shape. Hoping for improvement !!!!

I got this one since they were out of stock on the original one but I definitely prefer the original better. I don't hate it, it's good you just need to find the trick on how to use it and probably I just don't have the time in the morning to play w/it to find the correct trick. It's good but not like the original one in my opinion, but I undestand they are intended to have different functions.

I couldn’t get the tool to fit with my hooded eyes and cheek bones. I was really hopeful that had finally found something that would work.

I find this s curler very difficult to use. From the reviews I thought it would be easy and amazing but it is not. I have used only shu uemura curlers my whole life but this one I am not happy with. It may be because I have very short little lashes (which is why I bought it) because the other reviewers really like it.
