I had very high hopes for this curler, as it is the most well loved lash curler I have heard of. It works no better than my $6 Tweezerman eyelash curler, and is the exact same shape/size. It does not curl my lashes, but rather, “crimps” and does not hold. I would definitely not purchase again.

I have purchased this product for several years now because I have tried others and of the many brands that I have tried, nothing compares to the results you obtain from this particular eyelash curler. It's the best!!

I don't even wear mascara anymore! The eyelash curler lifts and curls and gives my peepers the big wide eyed look we all want!

...but no refill pads?!?! Please provide the pads!

I’ve always used Shu Umera eyelash curler they last for years. I just ordered a new one last week straight from the website. Not sure if there is a defect in this one or not, every time I squeeze it, it makes this creaking sound like it’s going to break. Other than that it’s great!!

I unfortunately don't see any difference between this and drugstore eyelash curlers. I see no difference when using this eyelash curler.

i received this product as a gift. no other refills serve any justice but your company doesn’t sell any separately. be ashamed.

Finally found the eyelash curler that's perfect! I had a model of a very similar design but it doesn't work nearly as well as this. The curler keeps my lashes curled throughout the day and does not hurt me when I use it.

the quality of the "new ones" or "new and improved" DOESN'T WORK FOR EVERYONE! - THE RUBBERS ARE TRASH! DON'T LAST, split in the center both of them. dosen't even last a year. make replacement rubbers, what is wrong with you people. Why did you guys change the old version. The classic version was perfect! SOMETHINGS ARE CLASSIC FOR A REASON. bring the old one back! this one doesn't open very wide! it's made for "one size fit all" well this doesn't work for me! I'm Spanish have big almond shape eyes and have really long lashes. This doesn't not work for almond eyes deep-set!!!!!! The rubber is so pushed up that it dosent even get all my lashes. some people have lash hairs fully around the eyes HELLO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! OK AFTER MUCH WORK, (b/c I know the old ones and how they worked) it does work a little after much pressuring and turning my hand to curl my LEFT eye in an awkward way. NOT HAPPY AT ALL THIS WAS CHANGED TO FIT MOST. this is a cheap remade version! CHEAP CHEAP CHEAP hence the price drop. I mean charge more make it right.
