I'm very particular about eyelash curlers. This is the best one I have ever used hand down. I recently tried another brand that is supposed to be equally as good. It didn't compare. It cut several of my eyelashes out on each eye. Shu Uemura is so gentle on the eyelashes. It gives the perfect curl and naturally separates the lashes. I will never use another eyelash curler again. I purchased 2 eyelash curlers before I purchased the Shu Uemura just because I could walk in a store and buy one. I returned the two and ordered on line because I knew it was a great eyelash curler!
