...do you not realize that you're supposed to buy replacement pads elsewhere? Eyelash curler replacement pads are readily available all over the internet, in packs of 5-10 each, and they are very inexpensive. You're not at all meant to throw out the entire tool and repurchase the entire curler when your pads are worn out and need replacing... Wtf

I bought this curler and it broke within a couple of uses. The whole metal part that sits horizontally and presses against the eyelash to curl broke from one side and it almost cut my eye. It was a scary moment. That piece looks like a blade coming at your eye. I’m glad it didn’t cause any damage.

I purchased the eyelash curler for small (narrow) eyes in the past. Tried to reorder, but it is no longer available. Very disappointed.

This eyelash curler is no better than another famous brand found in any drug store for half the price. My lashes curl just the same.

This is by far the best curler you can buy. For those complaining about not selling refills, it is because the curler will only last so long before the springs wear out and the company doesn’t guarantee the same effect when this happens. Instead of having bad reviews with people saying “it works great for a while then it stops working” they made the decision to not offer refills and allow customers the ability to repurchase or move on and spend tons of money trying to find something that works as well (good luck with that!). My only complaint is you use to be able to purchase at select stores but now you can only purchase through their website.

the absolute BEST eyelash curler. had to dump my Shiseido which I had to buy in a pinch. Dimwit Nordstrom employee told me they had never carried Shu Umera. I told him I'd bought my ShuUmera eyelash curler at Nordstorm. He swore they'd never carried it. So, dimwit worker called a customer a liar. Bad business.

By far the best eyelash curler I have used. Doesn’t pinch. Does the job quickly. I love it.

I love the way this curls my lashes. And its pain free too.
