I have been using this curler for 5 years and could not find a refill. I had heard mistakenly that they were no longer selling the eyelash curler in the US so I tried another brand. What a mistake. It crimped my lashes and slanted them inward. It completely missed the smaller new lashes and I was not happy. Then joy of joys - I was able to order a new Shu curler. It arrived yesterday and all is right with the world. My lashes look great! Thank you.

I have used this eyelash curler for 8 years now and have loved it! It curls every lash and it lasts. I have given it to 4 friends/family as gifts.

My first shu curler served me well for years until it fell apart (understandable). Bought another one in June of last year. Pads in the new one seem to be defective as after 2 months they start popping out of the track. They will stay for 1 sec and one side would come right out making it impossible to curl my lashes. Customer service was useless as their policy is 30 day window return window which clearly already passed.

I’ve used this curler for 20 years. It WAS the best. Over the past few years, they changed the mechanics and it’s not the same. Like many products, they’ve taken shortcuts to make a cheaper (for them), shorter lifespan product My latest purchase feels like the curler is a year old. It doesn’t have the tight squeeze and I changed the rubber pad after a month because the whole thing felt worn out. I’m going to research other brands

I use these eye class curler for years now. The one that I use now has been going strong for years now. I started buying these when shu uemura was selling their 24k gold eye lash curlers limited edition. I do wish that shu uemura will sell replacement pads. This is the only eyelash curler that will curl my Asian straight eyelashes. I

Best curler I've ever used! Perfect for smaller eyes and does not pinch.

Fantastic eyelash curler. Wish it opened a bit wider so I could get a better fit. Pinches a bit if not careful about perfect placement before closing.
