Years ago i bougth a gold version and was wonderful, the best eye curler, weeks ago finally i replace my drugs store curler for a new shu uemura and totally disappointed, not curl as my first shu uemura curler

I just received this eyelash curler purchased on this site. Although it works well, I was disappointed that it didn’t have the more protective mushroom like black silicone pad as pictured. I bought it here for that reason hoping it would have the protective silicone pad after reading Amazon sold fakes. Have they changed the design?

This eyelash curler hits the bridge of my nose and cramps my outer lashes, exactly where I want them to be the most curled. The drugstore lash curler I had for years honestly worked way better...

Sorry but Im not paying $23 for ANOTHER eye lash curler.

I have used the SU eyelash curler for many years and will not stray from the brand. It curls my lashes which are very short and makes them have a nice bend to them.

I always loved this curler and wouldn’t use anything else, but the new shape makes my lashes bend to the side instead of straight up. Wish you would go back to the previous shape that was perfect for my eyes.

I LOVE my Shu Uemura eyelash curler and have been using it since I was in high school. It's the only one I’ve ever used that has successfully kept my lashes curled throughout a busy day teaching, AND after a sweaty workout. For date nights I curl my lashes, add some primer and gave mascara and again it does not disappoint. It’s seriously the best!!!

I bought this curler based off the reviews and had high hopes for beautiful curled lashes, but it just doesn’t curl my lashes. It also pinches which is painful. I have almond shaped eyes with shorter lashes, but drug store brands have worked much better. Very disappointed and cannot recommend.

Bought this a month ago after such amazing reviews and it has made no difference for me. I’m still in search of a tool that works.
