I have asian eyes that are puffy and literally no other eyelash curlers work for me. This one is amazing. It curls them so well and it doesn't pinch the corners of my eyes. The only thing I have to say is that I did have to replace the silicone pads, but it was okay because it came with one extra one and it was a curler that I had owned for 5-6 years already.

I've used this exact curler for many years now, as it was the only one that curled my heavy long straight natural lashes. This last time I purchased it, there is extreme pressure in the handles making it more of a hand strength workout device in lieu of an eye last curler. i gave it a week to 'soften' up, but still the handles are hard to press together and as a result I am not getting a curl. I am assuming i received a defective product, b/c there is no way this is this lashes new replacement. At least I hope its not.

Don't like it, the shape doesn't fit my eyes well. I more prefer the old cheap drug store one I bought instead.

I am very disappointed in the quality of this purchase. It feels loose and flimsy. It is not curling my lashes as the previous ones I have purchased from you. I was an avid fan of your lash curlers. Unfortunately, my last est purchase did not meet your standards.

Great product but need to sell replacement silicone cushion so this product can be 🌎 & climate friendly.

I have tried numerous eyelash curlers for my short straight eyelashes over the years and every time I come back to the shu uemura curler. This is my third one and and they last for years. Even the pads last 10 times longer than any other curler I’ve purchased. Hands down the best eyelash curler for my lashes!

Hands down best eyelash curler without hurting lashes or eyelid. Don't waste your money on imitations like I did. Maximizes possible eyelash length with optimal eye-opening curl.
